## Is a trial available?

No. A trial used to be available but was removed after repeated abuse.

## How long can a cryptocurrency payment take?

A license is sent after the required blockchain confirmations. Bitcoin payments can take from roughly 30 minutes to an hour. Other networks and payment providers can vary.

## What if I sent an incorrect cryptocurrency amount?

Send the exact amount shown on the payment page. If you made a mistake, email info@faucetcollector.com with the transaction details so the payment can be reviewed.

## How often is Faucet Collector updated?

Updates are released when a supported website or the application needs a fix. See the [release notes](https://faucetcollector.com/releasenotes) for the published history.

## Why do some claims fail?

Captcha answers can be rejected by the third-party website. When Faucet Collector identifies an invalid externally solved answer, it flags the result as invalid and you won't be charged for that answer.

## Are discounts available?

No standing discounts are advertised. Use the current prices on the [product page](https://faucetcollector.com/index.md).

## Is there an affiliate program?

An affiliate system is available through the User Area and pays 25% for each referred sale. Account actions require a normal browser session and user confirmation.

## How do I request support?

Email info@faucetcollector.com or use the public Discord link on the website. Include a screenshot or video and, when requested, the `log.txt` file from the Faucet Collector installation folder. Remove private credentials before sharing diagnostics.

## Are refunds available?

The product is digital and refunds are generally not offered. The published terms describe the exceptions and process when a reproducible issue cannot be resolved.

## Do captcha services cost extra?

It depends on the selected method. Manual solving is available. Faucet Collector also supports FCCS credits, which can be earned by solving captchas as a worker or funded for automatic use. Third-party solver pricing is controlled by those providers.
