Questions

Answer

There used to be a trial available, but due to some people abusing the trial version we decided to take it offline.

Answer

If you pay with Bitcoin it can take 30 minutes up to an hour before you receive the email with your license because it will be send after your transaction has at least two confirmations.

Answer

You need to send the exact amount to the wallet address listed on the page. If you don't send that exact amount the payment cannot be automatically processed.
If you made a mistake send an email to [email protected] with the information about your transaction and your license will be generated manually if you have paid enough.

Answer

Answer

Faucet Collector relies on external services to resolve the captchas. There are some checks to prevent entering the incorrect answer, but in some it could not prevent it. This is because another human that solved the CAPTCHA for you made a mistake, this can happend. If it does happen Faucet Collector will flag the answer as invalid and you won't be charged.

Answer

No, sorry, we don't do discounts. What you see is what you get. It takes quite some development time to keep everything up and running and its cheap anyway.

Answer

You can check out our affiliates system. You will earn 25% for every sale your visitors make.
If you have something else to offer you can email us at [email protected] and we will see if we can figure something out.

Answer

Mail us at [email protected] or join our Discord. Please provide a screenshot or video of what isn't working and we will see if we can come up with a solution. Sometimes its also required to send the log.txt that can be found in the installation folder of Faucet Collector.

Answer

We do not offer refunds - unless Faucet Collector is not working.
Due to the nature of the product (digital), no refunds will be given.
However, if a customer has issues that can not be resolved (with an update) and the customer provides a video showing exactly what is wrong and the bot not working then a (partial) refund may be considered.

Answer

That depends. Currently Faucet Collector supports a few different captcha solve methods. You can use manual mode if you don't want to pay or you can use our in-house captcha solver system FCCS where you can easily gain free credits by resolving captchas as a worker.
If you want to run fully automatically then you can deposit a small amount in the User Area to get started right away.
